Collector Bio
Barbara Mosher is an American abstract painter recognized for her luminous color fields, layered transparencies, and emotional resonance. With over four decades of creative practice and exhibitions across the U.S. and abroad, her work bridges the intuitive and the deliberate — a dialogue between chaos and calm.
Her paintings are held in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and Europe, and have been exhibited in museum-affiliated and juried venues including the Oceanside Museum of Art, the San Diego Museum of Art Artist Guild, and the World Art Games in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Mosher currently works between Seattle and Whidbey Island, Washington, where her studio practice centers on the power of color to reveal what words cannot.
